Hi, I’m Vero!
Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Dancer, and Founder of Three Homes!
I guess you could say I found my way into wellness accidentally and completely on purpose. My journey began through movement and creativity; my involvement in gymnastics, dance, music, literature, and eventually yoga from a young age gave me early outlets for self-regulation and expression, even before I recognized that that’s what they were.
Years later, in the middle of the global COVID-19 pandemic and a personal mental health crisis, I returned to those roots not for performance, but for self-discovery and understanding. Through my personal experience and my collegiate research, I came to understand that the body has its own wisdom, that movement is integral to mental wellbeing, and that wellness is something much more holistic than we’ve made it out to be.
Three Homes is my wellness project. Partially a business. Entirely a worldview, a consciousness. An understanding that when we feel safe in our three homes — mind, body, and environment 00 we can take better care of ourselves and of each other. It was born from everything I’ve lived, learned, and healed, and it will continue to grow and evolve as the living being that it is, just as I will.
Right now, I offer 1:1 wellness coaching for adults who feel tired, stressed, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
My work focuses on restoring your relationship with movement, rest, and your mental/emotional well-being. I use motivational interviewing, a collaborative approach that reflects your own needs and answers back to you instead of following someone else’s formula.
Together, we’ll explore how to care for yourself with kindness instead of pressure and quieting the voice that says you’re not doing enough.
There is no universal roadmap for well-being. What matters is what works for you.

We provide the tools, you bring the wisdom. Through personalized coaching sessions, yogic practices, and motivational interviewing, we’ll lean into your personal knowledge, analyze your unique circumstances, and work together to design a path toward a stronger body and more present mindset.
And our focus goes beyond the present moment! We’ll help you develop sustainable, long-lasting habits that will continue to nourish your well-being long after our time together has come to an end.
