Hi, I’m Vero!

Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Dancer, and Founder of Three Homes!

I guess you could say I found my way into wellness accidentally and completely on purpose. My journey began through movement and creativity; my involvement in gymnastics, dance, music, literature, and eventually yoga from a young age gave me early outlets for self-regulation and expression, even before I recognized that that’s what they were.

Years later, in the middle of the global COVID-19 pandemic and a personal mental health crisis, I returned to those roots not for performance, but for self-discovery and understanding. Through my personal experience and my collegiate research, I came to understand that the body has its own wisdom, that movement is integral to mental wellbeing, and that wellness is something much more holistic than we’ve made it out to be. It’s an ongoing relationship between three essential pillars, or homes: mind, body, and environment.

MIND: Your mind contains your entire universe, let’s make sure it’s well-nurtured.

BODY: The access point to the mind, how we perceive and make sense of the world around us, and a powerful vessel of knowledge in its own right.

ENVIRONMENT: Not just your physical surroundings but your relationships, socioeconomic situations, sensory stimuli, content intake, and more.

This understanding became the foundation for Three Homes – a space where wellbeing is accessible, inclusive, and grounded in real life. Not a luxury, but a right. My purpose is not to achieve some ideal end state of “well” but to meet you where you are and create supportive environments for your personal exploration and growth. To hold space for your process and guide you along the way to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and build a life that feels fulfilling, aligned, and authentic.

Welcome home!

xoxo,
